"I would like something different. Can you customize?"
Sure can - shoot us an email!
"I don't see my car/motorcycle listed. Can you make XYZ or ABC for it?"
Probably! Shoot us an email with as much detail as possible. If we can't make it, we'll put you in touch with someone who can. (The core of our business philosophy is helping people solve problems - if we can't help, we'll point you in the right direction.)
"Do you ship to [a country outside of the United States]?"
Probably! There are a few restrictions imposed by law, but we can ship worldwide to most countries. If you do not see your country listed during the checkout process, please shoot us an email.
"Why am I being charged for shipping on a product that says it ships for free?"
We aren't web developers and sometimes things get missed when we're adding/changing products. If a product ships for free and you're being charged for shipping, don't worry - we'll refund that charge right away.
"Can you combine shipping on separate / multiple orders?"
Sure can, and most of the time we try to do just this in the interest of being economical and sensible.
