2017 - 2019 KTM 1290 Super Duke Headlight Adjuster

This headlight adjuster shaft is a direct replacement for KTM part numbers 61614019000 and 61614019100.

Designed to fit the 2017, 2018 and 2019 ( Gen 2 ) Superduke R, this new adjuster addresses the problem with the OEM part by making it completely solid, thus increasing strength and rigidity. Printed from nylon filament infused with carbon fiber, our part is tougher than its factory counterpart.

10/14/24 : We have made some design changes to this adjuster and are now on Version 2. This newest iteration accomplishes two things: 1., it is slightly stronger than V1.0 in our stress testing, and 2., it is significantly easier to print and results in a nicer looking final product with fewer artifacts due to not having to remove support material.
