Weight Mount for EGO 2-Stage Snowblower

This adapter was designed in-house to solve one of the overreaching downsides of the EGO 24" SNT2400 / SNT2405 / SNT2406 2-stage snowblower: its extremely light weight. The majority of this machine's minuscule heft is over the wheels, which makes it prone to riding up on hardpacked snow even at low speeds.

We had the idea of adding a few pounds over the top edge of the bucket, and throughout 3 seasons of Colorado snowstorms we can say with confidence that this made our little electric snowblower work a lot better by having put an additional 35lbs to it.

These are 3D printed out of ASA-CF, so they are tough, durable, and hold up well to the rigors of outdoor use.

Each mount comes with a complete set of 316 stainless steel hardware to mount it to your snowblower.

Fits most "standard" 35lb cast iron hex dumbbells, as well as the AmazonBasics brand rubber-coated 35lb hexes. Choose the appropriate version at checkout.

**A note of caution: this does put more strain on things, and if you are using the factory plastic skids, they will wear much more quickly with the added weight. We suggest replacing them with larger steel skids. We use the ARMORskids shoes with the 3in and 1in spacing on our own snowblower.
